What if I don't know what I need yet?
That's what Tier 1 exists for. The Audit + First Tool isn't a planning exercise. We find the highest-impact process, scope it tightly, and ship a working tool in under six weeks. You end up with clarity and a real system in production, not a document.
Why custom software instead of an off-the-shelf tool?
Off-the-shelf tools are built for someone else's workflow. For your core process, the thing that actually makes money, fitting your business around someone else's assumptions usually costs more in workarounds than building the right thing once. Custom only makes sense when the process is yours and matters.
Can you work with the systems I already have?
Yes. Most of our clients have existing tools like a CRM, an ERP, accounting software, or internal spreadsheets. We design around what you already use, integrate where it makes sense, and replace only the parts that are holding you back.
What happens after launch?
Two paths. Either the tool works, stays stable, and you don't need us often. You own the code, so any developer can maintain it. Or your business grows into the system and we move into an ongoing partnership (Tier 3), where we keep extending it as the business evolves.
How is my data handled, especially in finance?
Your data stays on your infrastructure. We don't build on platforms that lock you in or resell access. For regulated sectors like credit and real estate, we design with audit trails, role-based access, and whatever compliance baseline your industry requires.
